A good selection of innovative ideas, such as days out.
However I was not able to find anything which really captured my imagination last Christmas and given that a friend had sent me their voucher to use them I was hoping to be able to depart from the normal. In the event I bought a theatre day out with luxury meal - however the meal did not come up to expectations we had no option to book and had to wait 45 minutes to be served -

I really like this site. I have been using it for a long time and find it easy to navigate and I like the fact that there are always new products to choose from but plenty of old favourites too. The price range is brilliant which in today's recession means I can find something cheap for stocking fillers but I can also push the boat out for really special occasions and choose from the upper end of the price scale. Everything I have ever ordered has arrived well packaged and generally ahead of time with most things arriving the next day. Any problems have been sorted out in an efficient way and I have found the staff to be friendly and accomodating. I have been offered a replacement, refund or alternative choice whenever appropriate. I have never been disappointed and will continue to use this website for all my online gift shopping. Long may it continue!
