Bought the Padstow 2 seater sofa and the 2 seater sofa bed after a year both are not fit for purpose. The base cushions are feather filled which basically means after a year you are sitting on a flat pillow very very very uncomfortable. The sofa bed is supposed to be a double it is not it is a single very hard piece of rubbish! I complained to Laura Ashley who sent a 'tech guy' round to weigh the cushions he did this, ticked a box that said they weigh what they should and left... this is all they have to do to solve any sofa problems, apparently that means the sofas are how they should be. So Laura Ashley sofas which are all feather filled by the way will only last you roughly a year before becoming totally unusable! Not good value for money awful uncaring customer service! Waste of money!!
I visited the Laura Ashley Weybridge store (my local) to order some items for my new house, as they were running a 25% off mega-event. I was greeted promptly and politely in store, and left to browse for a short while. I was approached by a well mannered sales advisor when she saw me testing out a number of sofa's on display.
