  We ordered 2 sofas in March 2010 they arrived 6 weeks later than the month of manufacture given. They are ready for the scrap heap already (August 2011) The arms of the sofas have collapsed or are collapsing. Two of the back cushions are lumpy and flop down. the material is frayed and wearing. When we tried to get money back from the 5 year guarantee they say it is all our fault. Our last sofas lasted 15 years - you would think they would be made to last more than 15 months. DON'T BUY!!!!!   I cannot fault the service in the store which was helpful & the staff were very pleasant.My problem was with the product-the curtains I bought were all different lengths - up to 3cm.different-fortunately I am reasonably competent at sewing so was able to match them up - eventually -since I had 3 pairs to do.On closer inspection they are not particularly well made & the lining is very poor quality
