  We ordered 2 sofas in March 2010 they arrived 6 weeks later than the month of manufacture given. They are ready for the scrap heap already (August 2011) The arms of the sofas have collapsed or are collapsing. Two of the back cushions are lumpy and flop down. the material is frayed and wearing. When we tried to get money back from the 5 year guarantee they say it is all our fault. Our last sofas lasted 15 years - you would think they would be made to last more than 15 months. DON'T BUY!!!!!   I wish there was an option to give no stars in rating Laura Ashley. I loathe Laura Ashley; the staff are lovely and polite when they are taking your money, BUT when you report a fault ) they get VERY nasty indeed. Problem - 6 month old sofa pads going so flat that you can feel the framework through them.I kid you not, the pads go so flat the framework actually makes my leg go numb. They sent out a technician to check the sofa out. He asked me how I maintained the sofa. I said I rotated the seat..
