This style of sofa has high style arms (same height as the back of the sofa) and only seperate seat cushions. In the catalogue they look lovely and rounded and plump. I was pleased when they finally arrived 3 months after my order, although i was a bit worried about the legs, some where loose and didnt tighten until they were in the wrong position, consequently because the front legs are on caster type wheels and the back legs are fixed when you move the sofa the back legs dragged and moved as they..
Bought the Padstow 2 seater sofa and the 2 seater sofa bed after a year both are not fit for purpose. The base cushions are feather filled which basically means after a year you are sitting on a flat pillow very very very uncomfortable. The sofa bed is supposed to be a double it is not it is a single very hard piece of rubbish! I complained to Laura Ashley who sent a 'tech guy' round to weigh the cushions he did this, ticked a box that said they weigh what they should and left... this is all they have to do to solve any sofa problems, apparently that means the sofas are how they should be. So Laura Ashley sofas which are all feather filled by the way will only last you roughly a year before becoming totally unusable! Not good value for money awful uncaring customer service! Waste of money!!
