I am currently in the middle of trying to talk to someone who actually knows how to sort out a complaint- however everyone I have encountered couldn't care less. I bought a DSi- collected it from the store when we looked at it at home the box had been opened and the DSi used!!!!
I called and asked how they could fix it- he said take it back to any store, I took it back to the store I collected it from, but they couldn't take it back- so I took it back to a main store who also would not take it back. They then told me to post it back nut the returns label was incorrect!
I was told to put a letter inside to say I just wanted a new DSi- but they refunded then a whole heap of problems before and now no one will listen to my complaint.
If I could award them 0 stars I would- shocking service
this is the second time I've shopped at M&S in Singapore in two years. I'm an Australian resident and purchase many items online on a regular basis, but this is my only chance to see a wider range of clothes and to test sizing. Be aware that the Singapore stores charge a premium of about 40% over the online/UK store price. In my experience (Dubai and HongKong stores) this is not generally the case. From my research it isn't due to local consumption tax either, as this is very low. Interesting that..
