  We ordered 2 sofas in March 2010 they arrived 6 weeks later than the month of manufacture given. They are ready for the scrap heap already (August 2011) The arms of the sofas have collapsed or are collapsing. Two of the back cushions are lumpy and flop down. the material is frayed and wearing. When we tried to get money back from the 5 year guarantee they say it is all our fault. Our last sofas lasted 15 years - you would think they would be made to last more than 15 months. DON'T BUY!!!!!   I have a two seater sofa from Laura Ashley already which is comfy and the cushions are as good as they were 2 years ago when i bought it. I recently bought a sofa bed and what a dreadful purchase. It has been used for about a month now as a sofa, it squeaks when sat on and creaks, the cushions are already flat and uncomfortable, it is hard and not practical to be used as a sofa. The mattress is also incredibly thin and makes sleeping on it uncomfortable. I have had to buy a thin mattress topper..
