  I ordered some clothes over the internet a few weeks ago and hadnt received them. I then emailed them and asked when i would be receiving them to be told that they had been sent to the wrong address and that i had two options. To either travel all the way to the nearest store in the area it was sent to, or be refunded. What a joke, theyre trying to provide a service, they should provide it properly. I expected them to at least offer to redeliver it to the right address and they should have sorted it out as it happened, not wait for me to contact them first

  We ordered our wedding cupcakes from M&S using the website. Two days before the wedding we received a confirmation email that our order was being delivered to the store. When we got there the next day (i.e. the day before the wedding), the cupcakes had not arrived. We were amazed to be told they didn't know where the cupcakes were, and there was no way they would be able to order any more in time. We were given a long complicated explanation about their ordering systems, but that is not our concern!..
