  Padstow table and chairs have a nice finish, but are far too expensive for what they are. Delivery and keeping the customer informed was appalling though! They will not let you post a negative review on their website at all ... any criticism of customer service or delivery and it gets rejected!!! Useless delivery slots ... please wait in all day in the hope it arrives ... and if you dare to ask for a delivery time more than 2 weeks into the future it costs you extra!! (Bear in mind it could be weeks..

  Brought a Toronto table from website- had to have 3 delivered in the end- all damaged, poor quality and very poor packaging- needless to say after 3 attempts i gave up and went elsewhere. Shocking!!!! Customer Services were appologetic but after a 20 minute hold to get through whilst be charged 10p per minute for the privelage i should think so!!!! Not the first bad experience ive had from their website- previous to that ordered a dress which not only turned up in the wrong size, but they duplicated..
