  Bought a Camcorder for £449.99 online and paid extra £4.95 for a specific date to be delivered and it was Friday. I was suppose to take it with me for a holiday. They give horrible timing from 7:00 - 21:00. We cant choose a specific time space. Waited all day starring out side my window and no news. Called next day and they say the earliest they can do is now Monday. My flight was on Night I seriously begged them to make sure I will get it that day. Waited again didn't go to work and no news...

  I have shopped at Marks and Spencer for years but will not be doing so again. The service and attitude of staff members has steadily deteriorated to the point now where staff members are borderline rude. The last straw came when my daughter who has lost a lot of weight needed some new bras. I suggested Marks and Spencer who supposedly offer a good measuring service. She was measured by an assistant who told her her bra size was bigger than when she was last measured. Considering the amount of weight she has lost this did not seem right and when my daughter pointed this out she was told, 'well that's what you are'. She left the store and went to BHS to be told she was two sizes smaller than the measurement she received at Marks and Spencer,to be safe she also went to another store who agreed with BHS. Where have all the old values gone? It used to be a pleasure to shop there but no longer.
