  My nine year old daughter purchased a pair of trousers for my birthday. These were found to be badly marked. However, replacement trousers were not exchanged because they were badly marked. The trousers have shrunk badly in the wash and now hang at half mast. The dye has also faded after just one wash. Niether I or my family will never ever again purchase anything from M&S.

  Padstow table and chairs have a nice finish, but are far too expensive for what they are. Delivery and keeping the customer informed was appalling though! They will not let you post a negative review on their website at all ... any criticism of customer service or delivery and it gets rejected!!! Useless delivery slots ... please wait in all day in the hope it arrives ... and if you dare to ask for a delivery time more than 2 weeks into the future it costs you extra!! (Bear in mind it could be weeks..
