  8 weeks ago we placed our order for 2 bedside cabinets! We got a call telling us they could deliver this Friday. This wasn't convenient, but we were told to lump it or cancel. My mother offered to come & receive the delivery. However, on the day, we got a call saying our road was too narrow and they were unable to deliver in the 18 tonne lorry. If we wanted a special delivery we would have to pay £60.
  This all seems reasonable, except our road is perfectly normal for all manner of lorries, tractors and trucks. We have had all of our furniture delivered down the same road. We have never had a problem.
  
  When we phoned customer services to see what could be done they were rude and abrasive " have u read he terms and conditions" " deliver elsewhere" where would be suitable I wonder? Felixstowe docks??? Absolute joke. A furniture company that cannot deliver furniture!

  We ordered 2 sofas in March 2010 they arrived 6 weeks later than the month of manufacture given. They are ready for the scrap heap already (August 2011) The arms of the sofas have collapsed or are collapsing. Two of the back cushions are lumpy and flop down. the material is frayed and wearing. When we tried to get money back from the 5 year guarantee they say it is all our fault. Our last sofas lasted 15 years - you would think they would be made to last more than 15 months. DON'T BUY!!!!! We have..
