Horsham branch staff are certainly the high flyers for the company in regards to customer service. Had tremendous assistance in choosing fabric for the two sofas,( I keep changing my mind!). Was kept updated with the order and informed two days prior by text when to expect delivery. The delivery boys were professional and friendly. Would recommend Laura Ashley, above all the Horsham branch. This was first class service at it's best. Denis

We ordered 2 sofas in March 2010 they arrived 6 weeks later than the month of manufacture given. They are ready for the scrap heap already (August 2011) The arms of the sofas have collapsed or are collapsing. Two of the back cushions are lumpy and flop down. the material is frayed and wearing. When we tried to get money back from the 5 year guarantee they say it is all our fault. Our last sofas lasted 15 years - you would think they would be made to last more than 15 months. DON'T BUY!!!!!
