I cannot fault the service in the store which was helpful & the staff were very pleasant.My problem was with the product-the curtains I bought were all different lengths - up to 3cm.different-fortunately I am reasonably competent at sewing so was able to match them up - eventually -since I had 3 pairs to do.On closer inspection they are not particularly well made & the lining is very poor quality

i regulary shop in solihull, west mids, & i love the laura ashley store there, i am shocked by other reviews of other laura ashley stores etc as i have been shopping with the solihull branch for years & have bought diff items mainly wallpaper (i love the wallpaper, good quality & wipes down nicely-handy when you have children!) the staff are always very polite EXTREMELY helpful & most welcoming, giving me good advice & i find the sale items well discounted! i purchased some sale wallpaper last week..
