I cannot fault the service in the store which was helpful & the staff were very pleasant. My problem was with the product-the curtains I bought were all different lengths - up to 3cm.different-fortunately I am reasonably competent at sewing so was able to match them up - eventually -since I had 3 pairs to do.On closer inspection they are not particularly well made & the lining is very poor quality
8 weeks ago we placed our order for 2 bedside cabinets! We got a call telling us they could deliver this Friday. This wasn't convenient, but we were told to lump it or cancel. My mother offered to come & receive the delivery. However, on the day, we got a call saying our road was too narrow and they were unable to deliver in the 18 tonne lorry. If we wanted a special delivery we would have to pay £60.
This all seems reasonable, except our road is perfectly normal for all manner of lorries, tractors and trucks. We have had all of our furniture delivered down the same road. We have never had a problem.
When we phoned customer services to see what could be done they were rude and abrasive " have u read he terms and conditions" " deliver elsewhere" where would be suitable I wonder? Felixstowe docks??? Absolute joke. A furniture company that cannot deliver furniture!
Never again
