Bought the Padstow 2 seater sofa and the 2 seater sofa bed after a year both are not fit for purpose. The base cushions are feather filled which basically means after a year you are sitting on a flat pillow very very very uncomfortable. The sofa bed is supposed to be a double it is not it is a single very hard piece of rubbish! I complained to Laura Ashley who sent a 'tech guy' round to weigh the cushions he did this, ticked a box that said they weigh what they should and left... this is all they have to do to solve any sofa problems, apparently that means the sofas are how they should be. So Laura Ashley sofas which are all feather filled by the way will only last you roughly a year before becoming totally unusable! Not good value for money awful uncaring customer service! Waste of money!!
I needed a new roller blind for my bathroom and by chance spotted a very suitable fabric in the Laura Ashley store. I got the measurements and placed an order. The cost was £131 after receiving a discount of 25%. When the blind arrived I have to admit that it was lovely quality. WHY OH WHY do Laura Asheley give you fittings on the blind that are different colours. On the right hand side of the blind it is white and on the left it is grey. It looked ridiculous. The store shifted all responsibility..
