  We ordered 2 sofas in March 2010 they arrived 6 weeks later than the month of manufacture given. They are ready for the scrap heap already (August 2011) The arms of the sofas have collapsed or are collapsing. Two of the back cushions are lumpy and flop down. the material is frayed and wearing. When we tried to get money back from the 5 year guarantee they say it is all our fault. Our last sofas lasted 15 years - you would think they would be made to last more than 15 months. DON'T BUY!!!!!   i regulary shop in solihull, west mids, & i love the laura ashley store there, i am shocked by other reviews of other laura ashley stores etc as i have been shopping with the solihull branch for years & have bought diff items mainly wallpaper (i love the wallpaper, good quality & wipes down nicely-handy when you have children!) the staff are always very polite EXTREMELY helpful & most welcoming, giving me good advice & i find the sale items well discounted! i purchased some sale wallpaper last week..
