I am very disappointed with M&S's level of efficiency on customers' enquiries. I have enquired about the availability of the Cheese Tasters for over 3-6 months and till now I have not gotten any Cheese Tasters on hand. The last time I checked with the store's staff, they said that when the items were brought in, they were already expired thus were taken down from the shelves. I have sent an emailed to M&S on my feedback and I was told that the stocks were coming in which was why I went into the store to look for them. If M&S in Singapore isn't able to bring in this item on time or successfully, please just scrape this product and announce it to your customers instead of just keeping mum about it and constantly making your customers disappointed. I'm applauded to hear that the expired Cheese Tasters were being displayed on the shelves before I got into the store and a handful of them were being purchased as well. I have been a loyal customer to M&S and this issue really annoys the hell out of me
For the second year in a row M & S have let me down with delivery of Christmas hampers. Despite placing the orders on 3rd December and the order being confirmed, I was notified on 18th December that they would not have enough stock to deliver both hampers so only one would be delivered. On 23rd December I was informed that the remaining hamper would not be delivered either (no reason) but then shortly afterwards I received another email informing me that the hamper had been delivered in error but that the foodstuffs had not been stored at optimum temperature so could I contact the recipients and ask them to destroy the foodstuffs!!
I won't bother next year
